Star were detailing a Wound Care product for a client in the Star GP Syndicated team. It was identified that there was significant suage of a product in nursing homes. There was a need to gain a greater insight into the GP/Pharmacy/Nursing home relationship. However, both the pharmacy and GP were not forthcoming with nursing home information. The target was high-potential Nursing Homes to develop a stakeholder map of prescribing and dispensing.
There were three main questions that needed to be answered: - What is the name of the local pharmacy? What is the name of the local pharmacist? What is the name of the Lead GP?
Star delivered over and above on all agreed KPIs, including:
- Implemented CRM Survey Platform to measure in-store changes
- Increased awareness levels of Product Key Messages
- Increased confidence to Rx as a result of training and materials re-training
